Deleting Your Account

Before you decide to delete your account in our mobile app, it is important that you understand the ramifications. Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Here’s what you need to know:

• Complete Access Loss: Once deleted, you will permanently lose access to your account along with all associated content. This includes your AI Twins, training data, and any interactions or chats stored in your account. There will be no way to access or retrieve any of this information.
• Termination of Services: You will no longer be able to use any services associated with your account. This includes access to AI Twins, any subscriptions, or other services that require an account to participate.
• Permanent Data Removal: We take your privacy seriously. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be irreversibly erased from our servers. This includes your personal identifiers, posts, comments, and any data generated during your use of our app.
• No Further Communications: After your account is deleted, you will cease to receive any notifications or communications from us. This means no updates, announcements, or promotional messages.
• Irreversible Action: Please be certain before you proceed. Account deletion is final. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and any data or personalization cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading or saving any important information or data you may wish to keep before initiating deletion.
