Yes, all account, user details, and your AI Twin are protected, and you have full control over all of them, with the ability to delete them whenever you’d like. This means that your data is encrypted and no one can take, or use any data without your permission.

  1. Why do I have to verify my AI Twin in-app or for my business?

Verifying your AI Twin is pertinent to allow full legal ownership of your data & AI Twin, and keep you protected at all times. Verifying AI Twins also prevents copycat accounts from being added.

  1. How can I be sure that no one steals my Identity & voice? 

We have a seamless verification process both in app, and through our business to business services that prevents any voice or identity theft.

  1. What happens when I delete my account in-app?

All your data permanently deletes, and is no longer accessible by anyone under any means.

  1. What happens when I delete my AI Twin from my Hollo AI dashboard?

All your data permanently deletes, and is no longer accessible by anyone under any means.

  1. What happens when I deactivate my account in-app or from my Hollo AI dashboard?
